We recently stayed at the Centara Grand Hotel in Krabi, and it was fantastic! This was our second time staying here. From the moment we arrived, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. The location is absolutely stunning with gorgeous views of the ocean and surrounding nature. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves watching the sunrise on our balcony. The pool area was great with lots of loungers and a cool poolside bar. The private beach was a highlight. It was peaceful and perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and watching the beautiful sunsets. Overall, our stay at Centara Grand was unforgettable. It's the perfect place for a mix of relaxation and adventure in one of the most beautiful spots in Thailand. We can’t wait to come back!

Stayed for 3 nights. Waiting at Pier for Resort's boat was a very bad experience initially while it was raining, and staff attitude being rude, gave first impression tobe not good. But once we reached Resort, it's all changes. Checkin formalities took too much time. A Buggi cart was there . Room was on Second floor, with Sea View. Large balcony with relaxing beds. Large AC room with large bathroom with Tub, wardrobe, Dressing space. All very comfortable and relaxing. Large breakfast spread was good for day start. Seperate Vegetarian Counter was well thought off. My wife was happy with Chef attending to her special needs of Jain Veg food from Kitchen. But limited menu for Vegetarians /Indian Food did not go well while relaxing in a Luxury resort. A good resorts reputation being spoiled by its staff at Pier/ boat . It's not a question of 100B per person, but courtsey and adjustingvwith needs of guests is important. First point courtsey needs tobe improved . I may be recommending this Resort with qualifying remark on what to expect at Pier from staff.

We were a family group with kids and elders. We stayed at Grand Centara in May 2024. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share the details. Firstly, despite the hotel having a clear list of guests checking out, there was a complete lack of effort to ensure a timely departure. We had requested multiple times for a boat at 6 am and were at the reception for checkout at 5:30 am. Unfortunately, they had no arrangements for guests, and we were given a boat at 7 am after waiting for more than an hour at the pier. We would have missed our flight if it had not been delayed by 50 minutes. This caused significant delays and inconvenience, which was particularly challenging for our group. Furthermore, we faced major difficultie after the 4-island tour. Despite returning with kids in wet clothes, we were asked to wait for 1.5 hours for the boat to go to the hotel. This situation was even worse for guests waiting to check in with us, who ended up waiting for 4 hours for the hotel boat. We had to opt for a paid private boat, but this did not alleviate the problem as the private boat did not feel safe. The guest services were equally bad. We requested thrice for a packed breakfast, as we had to check out early, and while they agreed, we were not given any. Additionally, when we asked for water bottles, it took them an hour to be delivered. Overall, our experience at this property has been extremely disappointing, and it has marred our trip to Krabi. I strongly recommend that you refrain from staying at this property to avoid similar grievances

A wonderful resort which made us feel home and cosy from the very first minute after arrival. We enjoyed the very nice property for a 3 weeks holiday which is a great choice if you want to relax and enjoy the extraordinary service and the kindness of the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and made us feel especially well treated. The 4 restaurants served excellent quality and an unbelievable variety of dishes. Again I'd like to mention the staff members which we all highly respect because of their professionalism and their kindness. Especially we would like to name Brent as a very nice and industrious young man who treated us so well during breakfast time. Last but not least we would like to say "thank you" to the SPA-team. The treatments were exceptional and we enjoyed every minute of our stay there. Thanks a lot for everything and for making our holidays an unforgettable experience.

Excellent service, the manager Mr Sathish was awesome. He took care of all issues, including on the day when it was raining. Thank you for a memorable experience on our 25th wedding anniversary. Food was exellent and spa massage was amazing and restful.
